Normally whenever you see AYMB and/or Arkansas Youth Band as entities that stand-alone, to describe the organization, it is indeed intended to keep that same definition/understanding with this additional acceptance: AYMB, its owner(s), its staff, its subsidiaries, licensors, representatives, its owners, and/or affiliate members is what is referred to as Arkansas Youth Mass Band, even when you only see AYMB.

Privacy Policy – 

Arkansas Youth Mass Band will keep all personal information provided by the member(s)/participant(s), for the sole purpose of providing services through our program. We will not sell, share, or lease this information to others excluding our affiliated/contracted companies hired to render services, on our behalf, for service(s)/program(s) provided for and by us. Only essential personnel will have access to this information.

Indemnification/Miscellaneous – 

If you reproduce, transmit, display, distribute or otherwise exploit the photograph(s)/published creation(s)/material(s) or any portion thereof, in any manner not authorized by AYMB, you agree to indemnify and Arkansas Youth Mass Band, its subsidiaries, affiliated members, licensors and representatives, harmless against any losses, expenses, cost or damages, including reasonable/unreasonable attorneys’ fees, incurred as a result of unauthorized use of the photographs, publications and/or creations)/material(s) of project’s/program’s created by AYMB.

Liabilities – 

Arkansas Youth Mass Band, its owners, staff, its subsidiaries, affiliated members, licensors, and/or representatives are not liable for any destruction of personal property without fault on the part of the AYMB. We are also not responsible for any physical/mental harm that might occur while at any chosen private/public location(s), or traveling to or from a scheduled session(s), performance(s) and/or location(s).

Media Release –

By allowing Arkansas Mass Youth Band, its owners, staff, its subsidiaries, affiliated members, licensors, and/or representatives to perform/create/provide you with any service(s) know that all items/materials are the sole property of Arkansas Mass Youth Band, its owners, staff, its subsidiaries, affiliated members, licensors and/or representatives. 

Anyone who joins our organization authorizes Arkansas Youth Mass Band, its owners, staff, its subsidiaries, licensors, representatives, and/or its affiliate members to use the photographs/videos of themselves (the client/member) and or their property, their family, their items, and/or event(s) and authorize AYMB and his/her/their assignees, licensees, legal representatives and transferees to use and publish (with or without your name, company name, or with a fictitious name) photographs, pictures, portraits, images or videos herein described in any forms and media and all manners including composite images or distorted representations, and the purposes of publicity, illustration, commercial art, advertising, publishing (including publishing in electronic form on CDs, DVDs, E-mails, and/or Internet Websites), for any product or services, or other lawful uses as may be determined by Arkansas Youth Mass Band.

The member/client further waives all rights to review or approve any uses of the images, any written copy, or finished product.

Respect –Although you are a valuable part of AYMB, we reserve the right, at any time, to revoke service(s) at any point based on slanderous, demeaning remarks and/or gestures; towards any owner(s), staff, affiliates, associates, and/or all members working for or in conjunction with AYMB. If any monies were received, they will be refunded at the discretion of AYMB. In layman’s terms, we will not disrespect our members/clients nor shall we tolerate any disrespect, of any kind, from our members/clients. In the event you feel that you have been treated unfairly or disrespected, please contact management immediately!

All information provided by you, the member/client, on any documentation(s) will be considered as truthful information and to the best of your knowledge. In the event of any legal issue(s) that might arise, AYMB, its subsidiaries, affiliated members, licensors, its owners, and/or representatives are not and will not be held liable for the verification of such information. Falsified information provided by you, the member/client, will unequivocally and automatically release AYMB, its subsidiaries, affiliated members, licensors, its owners and/or representatives of all liabilities, penalties, services, relationships, and/or any dealings that you may have with us and you further waive your right(s) to pursue all legal cases against Arkansas Youth Mass Band, its subsidiaries, affiliated members, licensors, its owners and/or representatives. You also consent that you are of legal age based on the state’s requirements and/or you have provided substantial documentation (pending AYMB approval) stating that you have a legal parent(s)/guardian(s) that will assume/accept the sole responsibility of any legal transactions between you, them, and AYMB, on the minor’s behalf. You also state that you are not considered to be legally incapacitated, under the influence of any metal/physical altering drug(s) (prescribed or not), and/or intoxicated at the time of any service(s) rendered by AYMB and/or when you have accessed any part of our program and/or services.
